Returns and Exchanges Policy
At SUNDAYVACAY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy below:
1. Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
2. Initiating a Return/Exchange:
- To start the process, please contact our customer service team at contact.sundayvacay@gmail.com or message Instagram.com/sundayvacay with your order number and details.
- Clearly state whether you want a return or exchange.
3. Returns:
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges:
- If you prefer an exchange, indicate the new item you'd like in your communication with customer service.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately for assistance.
- We will arrange for the return/exchange of the item at no additional cost.
7. Gift Returns:
- If you received an item as a gift, please provide proof of purchase or the order number for processing returns/exchanges.
8. Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
